Door-to-Door Delivery + Shipping

We DELIVER with a $35 minimum order placed through this website. Note that due to an increase in fuel prices and other expenses, we are compelled to add a delivery surcharge to all orders. These charges will be reflected at checkout. We appreciate your understanding.

Thursdays: Fairfield County, Conn. in Westport area
Saturdays: Fairfield County, Conn. in Greenwich, Stamford, New Canaan, Darien, & Riverside areas
Fridays: Lower Litchfield County, Conn., including New Milford, Sherman, Washington, Roxbury, and Bridgewater areas

All other deliveries or pickup by appointment. Please indicate preference at checkout.

We are happy to SHIP, however, shipping frozen food can be expensive. Frozen food must be sent in an insulated box and arrive at its destination with minimal thawing. As a result, we generally ship frozen food by ground to UPS Zones 1 and 2 only (see map). We will ship elsewhere in the United States via overnight or 2-day air. Exceptions may be made at the discretion of Paul’s Custom Pet Food.

We ship non-frozen food anywhere in the United States. Non-frozen items ship via UPS ground.

Please note we need a physical address for shipping frozen and non-frozen food; no P.O. boxes, please.
